The repair network · In development
More skilled hands.
More possibility.
We’re building a network that connects jewelry stores with craftspeople. The aim: a clearer way to send work, agree on the repair, and follow a piece through its return.

Review scope, capacity, and a proposed quote.

Planned photo check-ins, tracked custody, quality review, and invoicing.
This is our planned network workflow. Online bidding, tracked transport, and network invoicing are still being developed.

Express interest in joiningFor stores & craftspeople
Let’s grow the network.
This is a separate inquiry from customer repairs. Tell us who you are and how you’d like to take part.
A little clarity
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Here’s a helpful place to start.
- How much does a repair cost?
- The price depends on the item, materials, and work required. Start with photos and a description. The scope and price need to be agreed before work begins.
- Can you repair every piece?
- Some materials, settings, and types of damage may limit the options. The item needs to be reviewed before a repair can be confirmed.
- How long will my repair take?
- Timing depends on the work and availability. Include a preferred date in your inquiry, and ask the shop to confirm a realistic schedule.
- Can other jewelry stores use the repair network?
- We’re building a network for stores that need repair support and craftspeople who want to receive work. Submit a network inquiry to discuss services, coverage, and participation.
